Hi there, I'm Diana De Jesus

I'm the person behind Keep The Customer––the cliff notes on retention related resources for Customer Success professionals.


I fell in love with customer retention after taking a course by Reforge back in 2018. Since then, I’ve implemented a few strategies within the Customer Experience team over at Hotjar and more recently at askSpoke.


But there’s still so much to learn and I don’t want to keep it all to myself so I created Keep The Customer to share it with the rest of the world.


I now work at the fastest growing Customer Success SaaS companies, Catalyst and help people land a job in Customer Success and build their brand on The Customer Success Project.
